About the project:

The overall purpose of the project is to promote leadership among young people in southwest Macedonia (Ohrid, Struga, Kichevo and Debar) and inspire them to take proactive roles in their communities. Through this project we aim to empower youth to become proactive and self-confident by providing a set of concrete skills that will accelerate their personal and professional development; To promote and support youth as leaders within their communities; To establish channels for sharing information and cooperation between youth and the business sector, youth organizations, and other relevant institutions that can support them in their future endeavors.

Timeframe:

01 April 2018 – 31 December 2018

Results:

1. At least 100 young people are equipped with a set of concrete skills that will accelerate their personal and professional development;
2. Organized study visits to 5 organizations with participation of 100 young people;
3. Designed and implemented 5 (five) community outreach actions by five youth teams;
4. One public event organized
