Urban improvement of the square in the old part of the city, providing additional attractive zone for the tourist visits and events during the summer season.

Results:

Improved infrastructure in the old part of the city, established network of local subjects which will work on promotion, organization and finance future events in these zone such as exhibitions, concerts and other similar events.
