Educational Materials For Children In The Area Near National Park “Jablanica”

About the project:

For successful and long term solution of the problem of environmental protection requires it to be understood by the youngest population. Children should be familiar with the environment in which they live and to spot the inseparable relation between people and nature.

Through project activities particular attention was paid to children who live in the future national park Jablanica and following topics were discussed:

What is a National Park
What are their obligations to the National park
What they can do for nature
Endemic species of flora and fauna of the mountain of Jablanica
Attractive places for hiking and recreation

Results:

With the booklet and promotional posters that are made within this project, combined with field visits and workshops in schools, the gap in the process of learning about the nearby environment is complemented.

The brochure is the only source of information on flora and fauna of the future National Park Jablanica, and unique natural rare species which must be preserved and protected by future generations.
