The residency expert had initial encounter with the city to get an outsider’s impression of its current state in terms of culture, social interaction and urban dynamics, had interviews with important stakeholders at the Social Club Kombinati to raise awareness about it. During the residency there were conducted: 17 individual interviews with civil society activist, journalists, musicians, citizens, etc; 2 group interviews (high school students, Choir singers); Collective mapping workshop; field recordings of area surround the town, tours around Struga lakeside, river, marketplace, Orthodox Church, Charshija among other things; Field recording of night time sounds (iftar rituals, frogs, cafes, Euro competition watching; tour in Ohrid; Recording walk and talk around the market area and residential neighbourhoods in Struga; Recording of Choir rehearsal at Kombinati; Recording walk and talk around the market area and residential neighbourhoods in Struga; boat tour; Attended rehearsal of hip hop performance at Struga cultural centre; Attended Bah Dance Studio and School annual performance at the Struga Cultural Centre; Field recording of summer activity along the River Drim, etc.
